At MedAIx, we strive to deliver high-quality AI-driven medical solutions. Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access provided upon subscription, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below:
1. Digital Products and Subscriptions
All purchases of digital products and subscription plans (Basic or Premium) are non-refundable once access has been granted.
You are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions and features prior to purchase. If you have any questions about what is included in each plan, please contact our support team before subscribing.
2. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have encountered a billing issue, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate the matter and, if appropriate, issue a full or partial refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation will not result in a refund of any fees already paid. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of system errors, service outages, or demonstrable technical issues on our end that prevent access to your subscription for more than 72 consecutive hours, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
